Shipping policy

All piñatas and banners are handmade to order. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days from the date of order before your item is ready for pickup or shipping. When submitting your custom order details, please select a "needed by" date that is at least 2-3 days out — orders requiring a faster turnaround may not be possible. Local pickup is available by arrangement at a public meetup location; shipping is available for all other orders.
